The XIBF (originally the Xian Foreign Business Forum) was established in 2006 to provide social gatherings for the wider expat community involved in businesses in the city. The XIBF has transformed and evolved to become a body for bringing the Xi’an business community together-both expats and foreign enterprises – socially, providing a support mechanism to its members and as a vehicle to be able to voice opinions and plans to local government.
